After rain most of the day, the weather cleared just in time for Chriss and Jennifer’s wedding. Thank you to Leslie Spurlock for these great photos! A beautiful sunset and warm colors were a perfect combination for this wedding out at the ranch! Floral and decor were done by Lagniappe. Enjoy!

For our wedding, Chriss and I desired that our families and friends from all over the US feel like they had escaped the city stepping into a Southern fairytale! Our search was in vain until I found Thistle Springs Ranch adoring everything in the pictures. Reading “About Us” on the website of the Wrights’ intentions to glorify God, I was confident to book the ONE Saturday date left 2014 sight unseen!
Highlights to our day were the floral arrangements by Lagniappe, a bench made for my parents for guests to sign, a dessert table my Aunts stocked with favorite family recipes, my Luchesse cowgirl boots, Chriss’ seer sucker suit and bowtie… ultimate southern preppy wedding! Each guest was sent home with a mason jar of my Nana’s recipe of apple butter.
Cason, Kathleen, John, Ann and the rest of the staff at TSR were amazing serving and supporting us through the entire event…After rain all day, God sent sunshine at the last minute with an unbelievable sunset enabling us to be united in our Lord outdoors humbled by having so many of our friends and family there to celebrate with us!
