As I promised in the previous blog, here are some progress pictures of the barn. The ground has been leveled and the site prepared for the concrete which arrived bright and early this morning. After so much time only being able to see the barn on blueprints it has been really neat to see it all come together so quickly.
Just a couple weeks ago we were walking on the field where the barn will be, and yesterday we were able to see the site ready for the foundation.
Early this morning the concrete trucks started rolling in and fifteen truck loads of concrete later the foundation has been laid. We are really grateful to all the guys who are working so hard to get the barn up and running! Now that the foundation has been laid it is time for the framing…this is where we really get to see the barn come to life!
