From beginning to end, the entire TSR team far exceeded any and all expectations. Throughout the planning process, they were always quick in responsiveness and super organized! Fast forward to the week of the wedding, we ended up getting married during the worst snow storm of the year. Cason, Kathleen, and the whole TSR team were beyond accommodating, and made a normally stressful situation as stress free as possible.
The ceremony and reception itself far surpassed any and all expectations we had. This beautiful venue was a perfect dream, and far beyond what we could have ever envisioned or imagined for our perfect day. Beyond the gorgeousness of the venue itself, the staff at Thistle Springs and the level of service they provide to you the day of the wedding are just beyond words. From the second you walk through the door, they make sure that any and all of your needs are taken care of. Kathleen is one of the sweetest people you will meet, and she goes above and beyond for you in every way possible.
Our hearts will forever be filled with gratitude for all that Thistle Springs did to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.

We cannot put into words the gratitude we have for everyone at Thistle Springs Ranch for making our wedding day the most magical and perfect day of our lives. From the very first day we walked in those beautiful barn doors we were welcomed and treated like family. The TSR staff made the whole planning process go so incredibly smoothly and were eager to help in any way. Kathleen and Cason are true blessings and we are beyond thankful for them! The day wouldn’t have been the same without them. We were also blessed with Ann Wright and her beautiful Lagniappe flowers and decorations. She made every corner and every inch of the ranch look enchanting and she was sure it truly reflected our dream wedding. She has a true gift from the Lord! We will forever be grateful for all that Thistle Springs did to make our special day one that will never be forgotten and always cherished.

Have you ever had a day when you think…that must be what Heaven will be like!? Well this is what I thought of Meredith’s wedding day. It was heavenly. It was joyful. It brought glory to God. It was a celebration of Meredith and Josh surrounded by a cloud of witnesses that know them and love them. It was comfort and joy. I will cry for the beauty of the day and the happiness of my daughter. We cannot thank the Wrights enough for this place that felt like home. I did not want to leave when it was over. I wanted to linger and help with putting up the chairs and lanterns for the next bride. For the beauty of the earth and the glory of the skies I give thanks. “There are thousands of venues I could have picked from in Texas but my heart led me to Thistle Springs Ranch. When I came across Thistle Springs Ranch I just knew it was the place. We went out to the venue the next weekend and I completely fell in love. I didn’t look at any other places because I knew it was the one. From that day forward The Wright Family opened their loving arms and helped my dream wedding come true. Ann Wright with Lagniappe created the most beautiful arrangements of flowers I have ever seen. Like my mom said she was more than just a florist. She is one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever met. She listened to what I had to say and created something way beyond my imagination. The day of my wedding was fabulous thanks to everyone at Thistle Springs Ranch. The wedding process was so flawless and I owe that to Thistle Springs Ranch and my wonderful wedding planner my mom. I just wanted to thank you and your family for helping create the most perfect wedding for Mason and I! Cason was so helpful and Mr. Wright was so kind to let us take pictures with the horses. Two of my daughters have been married at Thistle Springs Ranch in the last two years. It is definitely a place near and dear to our hearts. When my family visited TSR a few years ago with our first little bride, we knew we had found exactly what we had been looking for: an intimate, peaceful, beautifully landscaped ceremony site, and a sophisticated, upscale barn perfect for our reception. We fell in love with the Wright family as well. They are so kind and caring and are determined to give each bride and groom a perfect day. Our oldest daughter’s wedding had a vintage Texas charm feel, while the second had an organic, Boho vibe with more natural elements. Ann used moss, succulents, and antlers to give us the organic feel we sought. She puts her heart and soul into her work, and we’ve been profoundly touched at each wedding to see how much effort she puts into making our special day stunningly beautiful. Two perfect weddings at Thistle Springs Ranch, and each of my daughters have described their Thistle Springs Ranch wedding as “the best day of their life!”

We fell in love with Thistle Springs Ranch from the moment we visited. The barn is absolutely gorgeous and was THE perfect place to have our wedding. OMG where do I start? There are just no words powerful enough to describe my wedding at TSR. Everything at Thistle Springs Ranch was to perfection!! We had our wedding outside under the arch and it was beautiful! The reception area inside was stunning! The entire staff was so pleasant and all acted like it was a family member of theirs getting married. We have now made some life long friends with John, Cason and Ann! We were afraid we would be crowded with our 250 guests, but they arranged the tables with plenty of room even for a large dance floor. Venue: Everything extremely clean, organized & property was beautifully manicured. Highly, highly recommend this venue - you will not be sorry.

Through all the hustle and bustle of the big wedding day, I don’t know if I ever truly got to show and express to you all how much your work meant to me. Everything that you did to go above and beyond for our special day. I am such a sentimental person that I knew right away I was in good hands when I met Kathleen and Cason. I was taken back when I walked in to the venue for the first time on the day of the wedding. I truly believe TSR helped us have our magical wedding day and made all of my dreams come true. We honestly can say that our wedding was the best day of our lives. So much of that is due to the wonderful experience and staff that attended to us at Thistle Springs Ranch. On her wedding day, we were so concerned that the weather was going to affect so many of our plans. Thistle Springs Ranch did not let that happen. Morgan and Peter’s ceremony and reception was by far the most elegant event that Brian and I have ever attended. The design of the venue is flawless for enjoying the reception with full band to the fullest. The bride’s and groom’s rooms are created to be such comfortable home like settings for the wedding party before the ceremony. Lagniappe’s flowers were stunning including the floral chandelier. Please give my upmost compliments to all the staff at Thistle Springs especially to Cason and Kathleen for their tremendous help and support.
